2013年7月22－25日，中国认知行为治疗代表团一行7人，前往秘鲁利马参加了第七届世界认知行为治疗大会（7th World Congress of Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies）。会议的主题是“引领不同文化共同进入更高质量的生活”。会议安排紧凑，包括了40个Keynote, 18个会前workshop，22个会中workshop，16个Master Clinician Seminars，若干Symposium，Open Paper，Panel Discussion，Clinical Roundtable和Poster。会议内容丰富，包括了CBT在不同问题中的应用、在不同文化下的应用，循证评估和应用评价、神经基础和作用机制、案例报告、培训和督导讨论、一些CBT热点分支方法的讨论，如Cognitive therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy，Schema Therapy等，以及心理学和医学的相关讨论和研究报告等。

    此项会议共有3000左右世界各地的同道参加，由于在南美国家举办，参会人员主要来自南美洲和北美洲，其次为欧洲、大洋洲，亚洲和非洲较少。亚洲的参会人员主要来自日本。中国大陆和香港共7人参会，进行了1个Keynote报告、1个Symposium、1个Panel Discussion和1个poster，并宣传了2014年将在香港举办的国际认知治疗大会（8^th International Congress of Cognitive Psychotherapy，www.iccp2014.com）和2015年将在南京举办的第五届亚洲CBT大会（5^th Asian Cognitive Behavior Therapy Conference, www.cbtchina.com.cn/en）。
